That the body exists in consciousness, not the other way around, that I have been immortal in consciousness forever before my birth and forever after, that it is only the mind and identity that are mortal things, that the mind is the obstacle to living fully and completely, in faith, in the present, and that it is the mental aggravations that give rise to emotions surging up, reactions... somehow backwards to what i had believed, but making sense. the body immortal, the earth, all of it in *not time*, only the mind keeping track of its spatial positioning, its motion....
